LE-17World Wide Packets LightningEdge 46 (LE-46) is a robust and cost effective platform that enables delivery of simultaneous telephony, business and entertainment video, broadband data, and Internet access services using Ethernet over fiber and copper. World Wide Packets has combined the best characteristics of circuit-switched solutions - control, predictability, and service quality - with the unmatched cost performance and scalability of Ethernet. This unique mix makes possible the creation, instrumentation and delivery of a full range of service types including any combination of dedicated or dynamic services over a common delivery infrastructure. World Wide Packets True Carrier Ethernet™ product portfolio consists of LightningEdge Service Delivery Switches (SDS), Service Concentration Switches (SCS) and Service Aggregation Switches (SAS) are all managed and controlled by Ethernet Services Manager.

The LE-46 provides POTS and 100 Mbps Ethernet physical subscriber interfaces, and 100 Mbps copper or fiber network uplink connection. The LE-46 is an indoor unit that can be situated on a desktop or mounted in any closet or cabinet.

The LE-46 can be deployed in conjunction with World Wide Packets SAS, SCS and SDS to enable flexible, and cost-effective service delivery to residential or business subscribers.
